CALIFORNIA ON FIRE BY JEFF FROST
World Premiere - December 9 in Napa, CA
Visually captivating, mesmerizing time-lapse photography. Artist Jeff Frost qualified as a wildland fire fighter, so he could film behind fire lines. He transformed 500,000 still photographs into a stunning time-lapse film that shows the stars cycling in concert with the fires. Join Art Responds for the world premiere at the Blue Note Napa on December 9th at 7pm. Click Here for Tickets!
WILDER THAN WILD: FIRE, FORESTS AND THE FUTURE
Sunday, December 9th in Napa, CA
In this one-hour documentary, filmmaker Kevin White takes us on a journey from the Rim Fire of 2013 to the wine country wildfires of 2017. Along the way, we learn how the proactive use of prescribed fire can reduce reliance on reactive fire suppression, we see a California tribe renew their tradition of cultural fire, and we meet stakeholder groups working with scientists and resource managers to build consensus on how to restore and manage the lands we love and depend on. Join us at the Blue Note Napa on December 9th at 7pm. Click Here for Tickets!

“Step aside and be grateful and thankful. I’m seeing this world and I want to witness its restoration, acknowledge what it went through, and witness the forest returning.”
